Blue Ash Crisis: Prologue WIPPrologue: The Crisis
“Okay looks like we got everything established. Let's get going with the Mantra-Tech systems check.” said a female voice over the radio.
People work vigorously inside their offices framed by large paned glass windows. Just below at a shopping center, well-dressed customers make the roulette through carousel doors.
A male voice comes over the radio with subtle static. “We have, light. Ready and waiting.”
People walk through the city slums surrounded by litter. It is dull, a monochrome brown. Torn posters line the walls of events long past. A man drops a few coins into a beggar's hands. He smiles up as the man just keeps walking.
“Let's begin with the Core Check.” replied the young woman.
Billboards line every street. They shine down a dull haze of light while cars bustle through heavy traffic. A group of school children walks close to their teacher through a crosswalk.
So You Want To Be A Writer?! So you want to be a writer? A topic I must cover before I start doing my writing tutorials is what it means to be a writer. While the last topic I covered “Why Not To Be A Writer” was a little tongue and cheek this is more of a serious tone. This is what you really have to do, and give up, to be a writer.
I will be borrowing quite a bit from “Techniques of the Selling Writer” by Dwight V. Swain (which I highly suggest you get a copy of for yourself) The things that you are really going to need to know according to Dwight are: “How to group words into motivation, reaction units.” “How to group motivation reaction units into scenes and sequels.” which we will go over. “How to group scenes and sequels into story patterns.” and “How to create the kinds of characters that give stories life.” These are the four things he actually says on what an author n

Other writers will always tell you that your writing is shit. That you did something wrong or somehow you messed up or that you are not following proper structure. You will quickly come to learn that other writers are assholes because other writers are assholes.
If you tell anyone you are a writer they are going to ask you to write them a story or they are going to say tha
Tablet Of The Shadows Of LightIn the beginning, there was only “The Dreamer.” In her lonely state, she called forth “The Twins”; “The Fathomer” who carried the will of “The Dreamer” and “The Creator” who formed “The Celestia.” “The Twins” created avatars for themselves to live in “The Celestia.” “The Fathomer” made herself known as “The Healer” and “The Creator” made himself known as “The Breaker.” “The Healer” ruled over life and “The Breaker,” over death.
For an eternity, they worked tirelessly making the will of “The Dreamer” realized. The creation then needed to be filled and so “The Twins” created the Caeles. They would account to 135, 135 was the totality of their number; each one serving a particular place and purpose ensuring the creation was maintained. The Caeles then filled “The Vastness” and with the as
